How it works. Order the blanket with the options you want. Once the order is paid for you will receive an email with instructions on how to get us the pictures. After we receive your information back allow 3-5 days to get the photo collages back from our design team. Then we will send you a proof. Once the proof is approved, signed and back to our team we will send the project to our printer to be printed on the fabric.
Allow 4 weeks for blankets to be made. We will send you an email updates on your project.
Once work begins only partial or $0 refunds will be extended as follows:
Full refund- Before any of the graphic work has begun
Partial refund- After photos have been received but before proof has been approved. Since graphics work has begun will retain $50 of your depost
No refund- Once the proof has been approved we can not offer and refund as we have paid to design and print and can not resell or reuse the fabric.
